Enquiries are stored securely in Airtable, a cloud database service we use to manage incoming requests. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to run these services.

Your information is accessed by the Credential Planet team handling your enquiry. If answering your enquiry requires involving one of our program or delivery partners, we will only share the details they need to help you.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and running.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable record of our conversations, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your agreement to be contacted at any time. We aim to handle personal data in line with the data protection laws that apply where we operate.
